The Bolton Gathering of Organic Growers was established with the aim of promoting Organic food growing in the local community. It draws together people, companies and organisations from across Bolton who are involved in food growing to develop projects and initiatives.

The group worked with Red Chilli to design and print their publication – the Bolton Sustainable Food Handbook. The combination of vibrant illustrations and full page photography brings their projects to life, drawing the reader in and creating interest in the group’s work.
